BOOKING AND PAYMENT Your booking is firm upon when your down-payment of 295 € (by credit card via Paypal.com) is received. The balance is to be paid on the day of arrival upon receiving the keys. Note that usually demand comes in waves. There is no demand for 3 weeks and suddenly there are 2 requests per day... Ascerstain your booking with the down-payment as soon as you've made up your mind.
